I’m Merdith Jernigan, the proud owner of Paramount Executives.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I was searching for an opportunity that would enhance my skill-set and provide upward mobility. I soon realized that if I wanted to reach my full potential, I needed to be surrounded by like-minded individuals who would push me to be a better version of myself.

So, I started to research and came across an innovative marketing company in Texas that helped people achieve financial freedom while maximizing new customer acquisition. Its family-oriented environment intrigued me, so I got in contact with them.

Consequently, after sitting down with the management for a meeting, I could sense their hunger to become pioneers in their field. It inspired me to join them and expand my sphere of influence.

Since signing on the dotted line, sixteen months ago, I’ve undergone effective hands-on classroom training, which has equipped me with the tools to empower others.

It’s put me in a privileged position to recruit efficiently and train talented individuals that have the ambition to climb the corporate ladder sooner rather than later, and maybe, also one day open and run a new location.

Our organization follows ‘Kaizen,’ which is a Japanese management practice that stands for continuous improvement. It’s part of our blueprint, and we thrive on using it to develop team members both personally and professionally with core values.

These ethics include accountability and transparency. Therefore, I work with integrity, and I believe what sets me apart is my honest nature and my ability to be forthcoming with people.

I also attribute my success to creating team chemistry by bringing individuals together regardless of their age, background, ethnicity, or race. To achieve this, I focus on expanding their mindsets to inculcate better habits and disciplined routines so that we’re on the same page.

I live the phrase, “One team, One vision”, and I love being a part of people’s success stories by motivating them when they’re not performing at their optimum. At these moments, I step in to help them overcome complacency and get them back on the road to victory.

Whether it’s having a one-on-one conversation or working with them tirelessly to develop emotional intelligence, it’s extremely gratifying when the light bulb finally clicks. It’s a constant reminder of why I started my business in the first place.

When I’m not empowering my team, I’m a big advocate of self-care and enjoy taking long hikes with my dog (he’s super cute) or simply going to a yoga studio to unwind.

I also spend my downtime with loved ones, indulging in delicious cuisine at fancy restaurants, enjoying recreational activities, or sitting in a hammock, taking in the cool weather, and reading a good book.

My heartstrings are heavy for those who are high functioning on the spectrum. I have volunteered and donated to this specific cause as I have a loved one who suffers from high functioning autism.

One of my dreams is to start a non-profit as I’ve noticed that there is no financial allocation in many rural areas. I want to create a space for therapy sessions, medical physicians (on-site), and a networking support center in an after-school program for children on the spectrum.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
